The Organizational Development Department of Humber River Health has requested assistance with creating a poster about opportunities at the hospital for a job fair that they will be attending. They have sent all of the text to be included in the poster and provided an example of what it should look like. Following the requests and examples they provided, I designed a poster that they could use for the job fair.

Introduction to Anti-Black Racism Poster
To promote the new Anti-Black Racism course, the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Department requested a poster to accompany a screensaver, informing staff about the course. I positioned the module title and launch date at the top, followed by the most crucial information which is the steps to access the module. Below the steps, I included details provided by the EDI Department, such as the course description and learning outcomes. This approach ensures that staff can easily access the essential information first.

AIDET Learning Aid
The Organizational Department of the hospital has requested assistance in developing a learning material for enhancing client and patient communication using AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, and Thank You). I was assigned to create and design the learning aid containing the information they provided. To make it more effective, I emphasized the first letters of each acronym, making it easier for learners to recognize and remember the steps. I also highlighted the examples for each step so that learners will have a quick reference, allowing them to easily identify and apply them as communication guides during their daily interactions.
